Open the ElektrikTaxi app, set your pickup and destination, and confirm the booking. You will be notified when a driver is assigned.
How do I pay for a ride?
Payment is handled at the end of the ride as shown in the app. Available payment options are displayed during booking.
How do I delete my account or my data?
You can request account and data deletion at any time from our account deletion page.
I had a problem with a driver or a ride.
Email us at the address below with your account email and the approximate ride time. We will investigate and follow up.
The app is not working.
Make sure you are on the latest app version and have a network connection. If the problem continues, contact us with your device model and a short description of the issue.
